I'm sharing my experience with Mrs. Bronzini who had worked with my young son. After a year-long gap, I reached out via email in a pleasant manner as to the reason of my reaching out and requesting to resume sessions. Her response was simply, '4p tomorrow?'—a surprising lack of professionalism after such a gap. There was no Hello or anything. I responded politely, stating the time didn’t work and asking for alternatives, only to be blocked by her email.This behavior is perplexing, especially for a family counselor. If she chose not to continue sessions, a simple, polite decline would have been appreciated. Instead, the abrupt reply followed by blocking communication felt unprofessional. While she initially presented herself as committed to long-term support, her actions said otherwise. I'm sharing this to inform others who might consider her services. My experience raises concerns about her approach and professionalism.
