They took the time to talk to me and get x-rays before the lady left the other hospital and then I went to another room to wait my turn for the doctor. They're very courteous about everything.

No medications needed.

I came in with Covid symptoms. The test results are delayed, so I was not able to ask questions about after care because we didn't know I had Covid at that time. The results were abnormal, which I had to get on the Internet to interpret. It would have been nice to have more information in the My Chart on after care.

Got a surgeon referral but wasn't told how long that would take Anna what I'm supposed to do if my condition doesn't changed after the week of medication runs out.

Dianne is a great listener and has provided me with excellent care while being prompt both times I've seen her.

She seemed in a hurry. Asked me how to describe the feeling I was having. I had trouble finding the words. The answer I gave, she snapped at me and said well I need more information than that. Made me feel stupid for even coming in to be seen after she told me I just needed time and rest.

She was great! I felt I was taken care of very well!

Worst provider!

Provider did not know I'd had x-ray done until she walked in the exam room. She asked staff about referral to specialist and gave me brief exam of my back and reflexes. I left with after visit summary and vague instructions on next steps. Follow up with primary is scheduled to review x-ray results and next steps.

She talked very fast - she didn't ask me any questions - just told me about other drs. I could see before the dr. I have an appointment with in February.

Went in for possible sinus/ear infection. She looked in my ears pressed a little in places on my face, then said there was nothing wrong. I asked her to please look in my nose to make sure everything looked ok. She told me that it looked healthy. When I asked her why I was having so much pressure in my ear from my sinuses she said she could put me on an antibiotic for a bacterial infection cause that's what it could be she said. After I left I decided I'm not going to take an antibiotic for an infection she said I didn't have. To me she is just throwing antibiotics to people whether they need them or not.

I felt like my medical issue was not seen as important and I was not given an acceptable level of care. The doctor was jamming an instrument into the front of my toe, almost in the middle instead of on the side of the ingrown toe nail, as if she was going to remove my entire toe nail. I could not stand the pain even after 3 numbing injections. Then after I said nevermind, that I'll just take the antibiotics and get a referral to podiatry, she just left me like that with a bunch of blood and stuff all over my foot and didn't give me anything or even help me at all to clean it up, not even a simple band aid. I had to clean it up myself and ask someone else for a bandaid. This was a very bad experience overall for me although I tried to take it lightly and with humor. The receptionists were very nice but the dr was not.

We did not discuss medication but if we had Diane would have been good at it. She took time to tell me how to complete my labs and where to return them. When I arrived this morning they did not have me in the system for these labs, but I am confident the hospital will or already has updated my drop off per instructions from my walk-in yesterday.
