I went to see Dr. P a few years ago just for a regular eye exam because I didn't feel up to driving an hour to see my regular eye doc. Well this Dr shines a light so bright that I had headaches for weeks after the visit. Secondly, when I went to pay instead of the $15 co-pay on my vision plan they tried to charge me the $80 BCBS co pay for seeing a specialist. They said it was because my visit was medical because I had eye allergies. I refused to pay because I already knew I had issues with
