Whole appointment was her talking and telling her usage of gestures. She would put hand on hip and say “see I put my hand on hip my way of saying hmmmmm.” She would make gestures and say them in words like putting hand on her forehead and would say “this is me showing you fever”. She told me she will work on two things and not to give her full Santa list but literally asked me to get bloodwork and listened to my heart and lungs. When I told her my knee has been hurting she asked me to come back. I mentioned, as I see her wrapping up, that I have been having trouble sleeping , she tells me to mention that on the next appointment because remember she will only take care of 2 things. Seriously I have to wait another month to get aid for my sleep that I am struggling for two weeks. She asked me nothing about my medical history…I had to bring up hypothyroidism when she was mentioning bloodwork. I am definitely changing my provider. 20 mins with her and I am fuming for last 5 days.

Very unprofessional and dismissive. Told us that we didn’t need to get follow up tests or the fact that that there were obvious signs of something wrong was of no concern. Almost killed my brother cause she was having a bad day

I always leave crying or feeling unheard or judged. She is very cold and Rude!! Dismissive. I can't stand her!

Nurse Diana Lamboy was very helpful and knowledgeable when I saw her for an ongoing painful shoulder injury. She was compassionate, professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend her and wish I could make her my main medical provider!

Cold, abrupt, dismissive, disdainful, domineering and disrespectful. Treats people with mental illness like naughty children. My visit with her was a huge mistake. Next time I will go to the ER.
