Diana Heinz, NP

I have had heart failure twice in three months from various medications and my GP has quite reasonably decided that I should not be prescribed any new medications without a great deal of thought and research. Diana Heinz thought this concept was hysterically funny and was not planning on paying any attention at all to these instructions. Since I've had almost fatal reactions to several psychotropic medicines, I found her attitude to be totally disrespectful and showed a complete lack of concern for my physical well-being. What I saw was a very insecure person with a ginormous ego, who could not be countermanded under any circumstances. She (a PA) obviously thinks she knows more than the well-qualified, east coast trained MD who's been treating me for 10 years. That's absurd and I will never use her for any purposes ever again. I will say her attitude is typical of all of the providers at FCC. They treat you as if mental illness is the same thing as stupid.

I have seen Diana twice and she is a solid provider. She listens but also recommends safe and effective treatment.

She looks you straight in the face and lies. She will never put you in for care with a specialist. She will never prescribe antibiotics. She will not refill meds that you have used your entire adult life. Nasty person.
