Dr. Diana Donch, OD

Horrible experience with who I assume is her office manager "T" and then Dr. Donch too. My son did not like his new glasses and when I called the office to complain I was told I would receive half the money I paid out of pocket but they were keeping the $100 insurance benefit for the glasses I was returning to them. I contacted the insurance and was told he would get his benefit back once we returned the glasses and the doctor's office called to say we returned them. Dr. Donch had me and my husband sit and wait for her to talk to us. She was angry at the fact we wanted to actually take her up on her guarantee. Very rude and abrasive. I left without receiving the money I paid out of pocket and then got home to a message stating they were keeping his eyeglass benefit also. Now he does have glasses or a vision benefit until next year. Shame in you Dr. Donch. You would think being from a small town reputation and customer service would be important.

We think she’s very thorough & have good experiences with her.

Makes good glasses, but know what the charges are, before you commit! I ordered glasses, paid the total amount up front, then received a bill for $116 three weeks later. NOT the way to do business.
