Desiree Vance, FNP

My daughter has a very rough time going to the doctor and being around strangers, and Dr. vance has always shown compassion and patience with us! We are very grateful to her for that. She always takes the time to listen to our concerns and is very sweet to us. The staff is almost always amazing as well. I have only had one slightly bad experience with one of the girls, but otherwise everyone there is very sweet and kind. We love that we can take our daughter to someone trustworthy like her.

Desiree has shown multiple times her lack of professionalism and care for those around her. We will no longer be working with her.

I showed up to my appointment. I was late because I parked in a different location and did not realize I could not access that part of the building. I had to go back down and walk to the main entrance and take the elevator to the appropriate floor. When I arrived, I explained the situation to the receptionist and asked if that is an issue. She said it is 'okay' and she will check me in. I sat down. There was one patient in the room at that time. I waited for 7 minutes watching the program on the TV. I am told that I cannot be seen because it is too late and she has moved on to other patients. I explained again what happened. Now, they have on my chart that I was a 'NO SHOW'. That is a lie. I showed. If being 13 minutes late was an issue, then I feel like the front desk should have told me at that time and not have me sit in the waiting room 7 minutes before telling I cannot be seen. No good business. In my opinion 'no show' is a LIE!

I have many health issues and need an M. D. Preferably a Dr of Internal Medicine. This practice has lost many doctors replacing them with assistants.

Desiree Vance was fantastic. She took plenty of time to listen And explain everything to me. I would definitely recommend her to everyone.

Desiree Vance has been my favorite provider I have ever went too. She is very kind and very professional. She explains everything very well and makes me feel heard when I visit her. I recently moved about 45 minutes away from Miami valley north but the drive is absolutely worth it to keep her as my provider. She has never rushed any of my appointments (I have had trouble in that past with providers making me feel rushed to get in and out) she takes her time asking questions and concerns and can always back up what she is saying. At my last visit she had a student with her and I loved that the nurse asked if it was okay with me for him to be present during my visit. I wouldn't have had an issue with it either way but it was very professional that I was asked beforehand. He did a very good job as well! I will always recommend family and friends to this practice!

Desiree is the most caring Dr that I've ever had.. she explains everything so I would understand, and I don't feel rushed or judged. Her staff is so polite and respectful..

Mrs Vance spent so much time with me because of my situation.....she heard me and treated me accordingly. I was so grateful and blessed by her.....in other words she made a difference in my life and I am looking forward to the treatment to get back to where I need to be for myself and my family and friends
