Provider D.S. went out of her way to help me, despite myself not having a scheduled appointment or being in her office today. I had an insurance dilemma and she quickly offered remediation. Thank you?Some say I am a critic. Maybe; I am such. Nevertheless; I will call out when someone/ or something is wrong. I will also recognize and praise when someone goes out of their way, to make things right! Thanks again D.S. for making things right. You were/ are greatly appreciated!

Deonna is competent and knowledgeable. However, her personality is not suited to dealing with patients of all types. She berates and scolds rather than encourage the patient. I left my last appointment in tears. Don't go to her unless you are perfect or unless you like to be berated. My daughter has had the same experience with her. I understand that medical professionals get frustrated with patients like me who have multiple issues and who struggle with making improvements, but Deonna's education apparently did not teach her that being an encouragement to people goes a lot farther than putting on a face and seeming to be in judgement of the person. My daughter and I have long-lasting major depression along with other health issues, and both of us are very sensitive people. We need encouragement, not scolding. When seeing a medical professional makes you feel suicidal it's not a good thing.
