My personal experience being counselled and treated for eleven years by Dr. Wood for work-place, OWCP accepted psychological illnesses, is that he is a fantastic resource for anyone who needs help from a professional who really listens to what you are going through. He offers insight about how similarly situated people have dealt with their situations. He provides strategies to deal with anxiety, etc., like if you're dealing with prolonged symptoms of PTSD, or Adjustment disorder like I have.
