Be careful
Be extremely careful with this character. Literally half of our appointments he didn't show up or showed up late. I finally called him after missing our appointment (I waited outside the door on the stoop for a while) and he blew it off like it was no big deal: 'schedules get messed up sometimes.' When I pressed for ownership of the situation and an apology, he hung up on me. I will not be returning.
