My first visit was with Dennen today and I was very impressed. He zeroed in on specific problem areas, was an excellent listener, gave specific instructions that were easy to understand. Very pleasant, good sense of humor, easy to talk to, and very professional. Very pleased he is on staff at the 192nd street facility
