Was hopeful, but terrible experience
I was required to use MDLive, which was a terrible experience. I have full unlimited insurance and would have been a great patient to have on roster, but each time I tried to communicate with the doctor, the MDLive software failed. Dealt with MDLive for a full 2 hours after the first appointment was interupted by an issue with an internet repair at the street level. MDLive had no record of the 30 minutes I spoke to the doctor, and refused to reconnect. I was charged a no show fee of $50. During my booked hour I contacted the doctor through the phone number onthe doctors web site, and was chastened by both the doctor and MDLive for calling her personal phone number?? Why does the doctor list her personal phone number on the web? Due to failures on the MDLive site, I could not email the doctor. After 2 hours of calling and 30 minutes on hold I was able to reach someone who reset my MDLive account and I received emails from the doctor saying not to call her office. Wasted time.
