I just got off the phone with Denise Banyai a therapist at Horizon Counseling Services. She was impatient and condescending. Her rude tone of voice and approach to me setting up an appointment with her leaves me wondering how she is even in this profession. I have no intention of ever doing business with Horizon Counseling Services after such a negative experience with a simple inquiry.

Extremely unprofessional, tried to book an appointment with her and it was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Very informal and weird with her email communication and once we were able to find a time to talk on the phone she just talked down to me and made it feel like I shouldn't even be calling her for help. Eventually she actually just hung up on me and did not communicate with me again. I really can't believe she actually is in this profession with that attitude.
