Denise is professional and kind. She listened to my concerns and suggested a prescription that I had never tried before, and it's helping me.

I have been in talk therapy for several years and finally got to the point where I wanted to medicate for some symptoms that I still have been struggling managing even with CBT. I was so happy I found Deniece. She made me feel heard. She understood my hesitation with starting medication - and took into consideration my prior medication experience. She started me on a dosage that made me feel comfortable and she sends detailed follow ups after each appointment to confirm we are both on the same page. I appreciate her effort, kindness, and support!

Deniece is everything you want in a provider! She really listens to what you have to say, educates you and empowers you in the process. I was so afraid to change my medication after years of being on the same one. I had finally gotten to the point where I was so depressed and anxious and didn’t feel like it was helping anymore. When we first started with Deniece we met her in person, now we do telehealth. I will say no matter how you meet with her she listens, cares about you and I have never felt rushed at an appointment. When she makes a recommendation for a certain medication, she will go through it very thoroughly with you. She is also very prompt in responding to emails if there are questions or problems with the medication. It also is easy to make or change an appointment with her.

As always Ms. Russell-McAdory was very professional, engaging in addressing all of my concerns/needs. Some issues are so difficult to open up about but she made me feel very comfortable and was able to provide the right medication. I‚am very grateful.

There were some technical difficulties that kept us on hold for nearly 45 min. Would have appreciated an update sooner than that. Thankfully still able to have our visit on another platform.

Denise is very thorough and it was night and day when i compare her to the previous NP that was seeing my son. As a nurse myself I can see that she looks at the patient and is doing her assessment while he os talking, observing his affect.
