I thought she was very nice, very calming and understanding and I did take something valuable that I learned from my experience with her within 3-4 sessions. The only reason I am rating 4 stars and not 5 is , it was not made clear on what Insurance she takes, not asked upfront, I had to stop going and I was stuck with the full bill. I felt she needed to ease up on the self help books. Her bio said substance abuse/ addiction, I didn't sense she knew how to tackle this and leaned against topic
