When I first had ear pain, I called ENT at Pres and they couldn’t get me in for 3 months! Dena got me in that day, and poor her while doing my hearing test had to deal with me being sick from vertigo. After the test results Dena called ENT they saw me that day, and every visit since Dena has been so understanding and so helpful! Will never be able to thank her enough for all she did for me and my hearing loss!

Loosing your hearing is a frightening life changing event. Dena assured me from the first visit that things were going to get better and that there are options to consider. She is patient, informed, thorough and extremely supportive. The whole experience has been seamless and exciting. I couldn't recommend her enough!

She was amazing with my 6 year old son. She presented everything in a fun way for him and evenet his stuffed monkey participate. She put both of us at ease.

Dr Fahlquist is caring, and professional and explains things in a very clear manner. I will definitely recommend her to anyone looking for an audiologist. I must mention that she is married to my nephew but I would still recommend her even if she weren't.

I took my 3 yr old son to Dr Fahlquist. She checked his ears, and performed a tympanometery on him. She used age appropriate words and told my son what she was doing and was very calm and gentle. She took the time to listen to my concerns and explained the test and results to me in a way I could understand, and she offered a number of resources and options. Dr. Fahlquist has a wonderful and caring personality, and it is evident that she has her patients' best interests at heart.

Both Dr. Falquist, and everyone in the office, far exceeded my expectations for caring and professionalism. Dr. Falquist took her time to explain everything that was being done to test hearing. The office staff went out of their way to be accommodating and I saw that with other patients as well. I feel it was service and attention that is not often experienced these days.
