Delilah Schnitzer, ACNP

Was from out of town, in the middle of nowhere, very sick, needed medical attention. Has a teledoc appt with her to see if we needed to drive an hour and a half to get the closest medial care. I could barely move, could only get out of bed, to get to the bathroom and had trash can in lap, if you know what I mean. After explaining the extreme symptoms, and pain I was in, as it was getting worse and I couldn’t control it anymore, this woman, in the most rude, couldn’t care less tone, with kids screaming in the background, told me “sorry you feel bad, get a stool study, take acetaminophen”. Excuse me? I quickly called my OWN doctor, 8 HOURS AWAY, and was told to get to an ER, immediately. I was administered an IV, given 3 meds, and had SEVERE FOOD POISONING. On the verge of needing to be admitted with severe dehydration. My husband was super angry with her, and we would NEVER recommend this rude woman to anyone. By the looks of her reviews, we aren’t the only ones with this opinion.

Delilah S. Is solely to blame for this one star review. Both times I have seen her, she has been extremely rude and condescending. The real doctors (Dr. Kopp) are nice. Not Delilah the CNP, though. She came in my room and didn't ask why I was there, simply yelled at me that they are not giving me narcotics and that I will be fine and that I don't even look that bad. If you're curious, I have COVID and two ear infections, had abnormally high blood pressure, a high fever, and was in extreme pain, with countless OTC medications failing to ease the pain. She showed no remorse or empathy, and is one one of the rudest encounters I've ever had with a medical "professional". I will never recommend her practices to anyone that I care about. This is NOT the field for her and she does not need to be around patients seeking medical attention.

This NP was very unprofessional and rude. I wouldn’t recommend to nobody. It was the worse visit, ever.

What she wrote in my summary notes is not even what was discussed. She misstated what I said and treated me as if I don’t know what’s best for me even though this is a recurring issue.

She does not listen and is quick to dismiss your concerns.

Delilah is awesome! My whole family sees her. She is very thorough and understanding.

Delilah Schnitzer was the most heartless Nurse I have EVER been too. I would recommend her to a stray DOG.
