I would highly recommend Del Stewart for all families who have children or teens struggling to communicate their problems with their parents/guardians. Del helped me deal with major depression and anxiety due to trauma as a teen about 12 years ago. She provided a comfortable and safe place for me to be heard as a person and not just a troubled teenager. I often reflect how much she changed my life. She helped me overcome the traumas of my childhood to be able to become a stable adult.

Del has worked with my family for 6 years now. She's helped my teens and me through various issues including managing our divorce and various teenage issues through the years. She is an attentive listener, and has provided good counsel and exercises that have helped us navigate the changes in our lives over these last 6 years. I would highly recommend Del as she has been and continues to be a great asset to our family.

Del is patient and amazing with both children and adults. I have gained control with Del quicker than I could have on my own. Del has a wonderful energy that puts me at ease. I have recommended her to many people and no one has been dissatisfied.
