Poor, uncaring attitude. I requested to speak to the physician and she refused. Stated she has no supervising physician. The state of Florida requires a supervising physician. Stated that my mother could not be medicated for covid because it was going to give her a heart attack. At the time my father was on a ventilator in The ICU due to covid.
