This was a good practice at first as far as the doctor, she was wholesome and good, but the other staff appeared to be disrespectful, catty, insecure and downright ignorant. I witnessed first hand that the assistants didn't really respect Dr. Wescott in regards to the chain of command in front of patients and parents, which wasn't a good look. I brushed that off because that was for Dr. Wescott to speak up and put her staff in their places. But my first inkling that I may be cutting this place short was when I witnessed the staff being catty with parents, as a business owner, these women were definitely not someone I would want on the front line of my business becoming personally intertwined in a negative and confrontational way with my clients. But my final straw was a few days ago when one of them called me and pretended that I had missed my child's appointment, but turns out she had the date wrong or just pretended to have the date wrong so she could call me. Done with this place!
