Told inwas having simple anxiety attacks. When they intensified and I started passing out at the e d. I requested to be seen my a neurologist. SHE told me she would be laught out of the office if she referred me to a neurologist... Left Crystal Lake Clinic ASAP and was property diagnosed by a professional... hope she enjoys the fun to come.

Definitely NOT
Was not heard or cared about as a patient or person . Seems incredibly inexperienced. Terrible bedside manner and couldn’t remember anything pertaining to my health issues
