An absolute mistake seeking help here. She lies and cheats people out of their money with no selfless regard to their health and well being.

Inappropriate friendships with patients. Client confidentiality completely goes out the window with her as she has loose lips if you know someone she coincidentally knows. Always makes the appointments about her and what’s going on in her life even though you’re paying her to seek mental emotional & medicinal help when in a crisis. Don’t bother wasting your money or your vulnerability when it comes to this Doctor, you’re not safe.

Debbie is an amazing and compassionate doctor. She truly wants what is best for each of her patients. I have a hard time visiting doctors, however her entire office made me feel welcomed as soon as I walked in. I would absolutely recommend Debbie and her practice, and in fact I already have to many people who have sought her services.

Debra’s team at Changing Tide Body, Mind, and Spirit are professional and compassionate. Debra shows a willingness to go above and beyond the norm, in order to best meet the needs of her patients. We are very pleased with the care we were given and highly recommend Debra and her team!

After 23 years active duty with 3 deployments to Afghanistan and 2 to Iraq I was left with severe depression, anxiety, and PTSD. Debra’s whole person approach to treatment incorporates the patient as well as the family to improve quality of life for everyone. I love the way she thinks “outside of the box” to come up with solutions. She truly listens to her families all while patiently and systematically providing well thought out interventions.
