The provider that was there on this day, just walked in the room and said what problem are you having today. Was not greeted properly. I understand she was busy and over whelmed, but she still could have taking the time to seem like she cared and that we were not bothering her on this day.

She was kind but very quick. Did not introduce herself when she came into the room. Was with me about 2 minutes. Was out longer to do paperwork on computer than with me.
