During my sessions, while trying to discuss how I didn't feel heard, seen, or listened to, she would constantly change the subject, ignore my symptoms and belittle my statements and status. She constantly would try to tell me things that would not pertain to my actual condition or status, and would give me statements like 'try harder' despite me telling her things about how hard I was trying and the steps I was taking. I have a migraine condition that would incapacitate me if I had loud sounds or bright light. She literally gave me an ultimatum in a session if I couldn't do something that I succeeded at once, that nearly knocked me unconscious from effort. She told me later that the subject matter switching was on purpose, despite never discussing this tactic with me ahead of time. Her methods are awful and she shouldn't be practicing.
