I moved to another state and needed my Oticon hearing aids serviced. I found an audiologist that serviced Oticon. The aids were sent to Oticon. Upon receipt of my replacement aids I discovered my previous settings were gone. I contacted Debra and she was able to restore my previous settings remotely. This was easy and convenient. Thank you

Dr Dziedzic was great she sat down with me explained my hearing loss options and I went ahead and bought 2 hearing aids. She was not pushy at all and she is always there if I have any questions. Highly recommended. Thank You Debra.

Dr. Dziedzic and her office staff were excellent from sign in to the fitting of hearing aids. Dr. Dziedzic explained my hearing loss and advised me on hearing aid options with patience. She took the time to explained the pros and cons of each hearing aid option and did not try to up sell me. Being able to take the hearing aids for a "test drive" for one week was of great benefit. I would highly recomment ENT and Allergy Associates.

I would recommend to go to someone else... She has hearing loss herself, and does not use the hearing device she recommended to me. It would be the equivalent of going to an optometrist who needs corrective lenses and refuses to wear them.
