Let me start by saying I have seen different therapists over the years. I had given up with finding the right therapist. Debbie I have seen for two years now. I can't say enough for the knowledge and guidance she brings to each session. You do not leave the session with just that. She always has resources she gives each session to leave with. Books/ speakers to listen to, helpful material that could assist me. Whatever it may be there are always things beyond the session I can use weekly to enable me to grow. I am just glad I found her when I did. She is a therapist that is meant to be in the mental health field.
