She is one of the most amazing people and practitioner i have ever worked with. She saved me from a horrible depressive episode. She listened to me and treated me like a human being. I will be working with her for years to come. Highly recommend her.

Very busy workplace. Patients were coming in and leaving from visits with the many doctors there, like clockwork. She seemed nice, but the appointment felt very short. I expected to talk a little more about myself, but I was only asked a few basic questions. I was able to give a basic description of my background, and a brief explanation of my symptoms. She did her best to make her office look decent in "light" of the circumstances the building presents. The rest of the building is older than sin. The air ducts don't seem to be working right, because there are several air ventilator machines in all the hallways. The reception staff were very helpful, but they all seemed to be under stress. The restroom was clean, but the lights in the men's room were missing a few bulbs. The stall at the end was basically in the dark. I will return for my follow up, but only because I had to wait a month and a half to even get my head in the place.

I had to wait about 40 minutes for an appointment during which I felt judged, belittled, and ignored. She seems to lack empathy, which is troubling considering the nature of her work. I have seen many NPs and psychiatrists, and she was by far the most impersonal and insensitive. She barely looked at me the entire session, made a rude remark about my weight, and when I expressed some frustration it was met with defensiveness and a total lack of understanding. I felt more cared for by the receptionist. I’m not surprised in the slightest by her poor rating, I would not recommend her to anyone.

Always behind, have waited over an hour before having to leave and reschedule. Will not be back. Too many patients, too overbooked.
