Deborah Carpenter, MSN

I have been seeing Nurse Practitioner Deborah Carpenter for a few years. While Deborah is knowledgeable in her field and provides adequate care for medical needs, I have found her professionalism to be lacking during our appointments.On multiple occasions, she has shared unsolicited and extreme left-wing political views and opinions on current events, which I feel are inappropriate for a professional medical setting. For instance, during our discussions, she remarked about attending a George Floyd protest that turned into a riot in Indianapolis during the COVID-19 lockdowns. Additionally, I felt pressured by her when she repeatedly insisted I get the COVID-19 vaccine, despite my clear and polite refusals. These instances left me feeling uncomfortable and disrespected in what should be a neutral, professional environment focused on my healthcare needs.While I appreciate her medical expertise, I believe that healthcare professionals should remain objective and respectful.
