My appointment with Deborah was great! I learned so much and I learned that making choices is really truly my own decision no matter what the norm says I can feed my body good and I can feed my body bad things and depending on that is how it will make me feel. I also learned that knowledge is power because knowing that I can eat the things that I wasn???t supposed to eat, makes everything not so overwhelming. Deborah was able to break things down to me to where I understand what I need to get started I really found that connection with Deborah. You can truly see that she does care. She???s funny. She???s smart and I am so looking forward to our future meetings and to this journey with her.
