I started with Debbie in November 2020. She assured me that at $1,000 for a 1 hour zoom/phone call and 3 follow ups, $1,300 for 3 tests, plus 1 that actually was covered by insurance, and $1,000 in supplements and vitamins would give us the answers and I would feel SO much better. Between foods I was restricting, pills that needed to be taken with/without food. When I asked her if I had read labels correctly to figure out a pill schedule for the 40+ pills, she said I had it all wrong and finally gave me a protocol. She was supposed to contact me at 2 1/2 months into this to set up follow up testing, I never heard from her, even when I contacted her about my nausea, and when I contacted her multiple times by text, calls and emails, I received an message stating to all patients that she was closing email and phone contact, only by making an appointment online could you even contact her. She advised me on changing and adding medication, only to find out they were not to be taken together

I have very mixed feelings about Debbie. She has the ability to order a lot of tests that discovered a lot of things, and she recommended a number of supplements that have made a BIG difference in my life. But she is extremely difficult to get a hold of (her office hours are by appointment only for "your" convenience), she will only prescribe necessary medications for 3 months at a time and then require labs and a follow-up visit to get a refill, and she charges for every phone call.
