No Compassion
My father doesn't live in the United States however we decided to seek health care from the US noting the technology is more advance. Dr. Ali has been my father's doctor for the past 3 or 4 years so she is well aware that we take trips to Fort Lauderdale just to see her and return home; hence a lot of expenses besides her usual visit cost. On this trip, this past month, Dr. Ali refused to see my father because he was 40mins late to his appointment. And why was he late, because of airline delays. We made our best efforts to make this appointment however noting traffic etc we were not able to. When we arrived we were greeted with rude staff and sadly a rude doctor. Your client Dr. Ali spent thousand of dollars to see you on that day and for you to say NO is completely outrageous. His visits to you is always on time and he has to WAIT on you each time for more than 40 mins. Just remember if their on this earth you would want our parents to be treated with respect!!!!

Any location of your eye specialist take 1 to 1 1/2 hour to see their patients. When you ask please hurry up then they in room so doctor can see you and at that time doctor will you In rush not going to ask any question. That’s what Dr Ali did with me. I thought only dr Anil is only like that but the whole staff is like that. I felt I just my time and money with them. I should have gone to other eye specialist. I am really disappointed and I asked last time corporate should call me but I never receive a call.

Dr Ali was very pleasant and had a good demeanor. She gave a good follow up exam to my surgery and assured me all was well. The staff was also very pleasant and accommodating.
