I had suffered knee pain for several months and since I am in my seventies I expected this could only be resolved by surgery or knee replacement. Before having surgery I had heard that “alignment issues” could be a factor and scheduled an appointment with an outstanding Physical Therapist Ms. Deana Hicks. After a few most impressive appointments (sometimes demanding) my knee was pain free and back to normal. With brevity considered, please see a highly recommended PT before surgery.
