Dean Cosgrove is without question the most unprofessional person I have ever met as far as medical personnel goes. Never will I have him examine me again. 40 minutes of him continuously being a jerk. He must be completely unhappy in his life. He needs to retire no doubt.

I've been taking my family to this Urgent Care since they opened for after hours situations, and have always been more than happy and referred plenty of friends and family there. On one occasion I had a bad experience with Dean Cosgrove, but everyone has bad days right so I dismissed it. I saw him a few times for a mastitis infection while nursing and he was always very pleasant and comforting.
