We could not seem to connect

Our appt was a total disconnect. I could not make her understand what I was saying. I tried joking around. That was a mistake. She didn’t introduce herself when she came in and just started looking at the computer. I’m sure she’s a fine medical provider. We just didn’t click and she wrote some awful things in my care notes due to a misunderstanding that I’m having to protest. I left in tears and have been stressing about seeing another medical provider now. After 30 years with the same physician this has been most distressing.
