I first saw Ms. Itzie after my regular physician had left the practice. I found her to be very cold and condescending in my conversation with her. I won't be seeing her again.

Have only seen Dawn for the past six years. She is always concerned about my health and has reduced my medications over the years. I am now 81 and going strong thanks to Dawn. She is the only one I ask for when making my appointments. None Better!

She doesn’t listen to any of my concerns. Needs to try to see if there is something else that could be causing the problem. Don’t assume things. Listen. Stop talking over patient!! She acts like she doesn’t believe what I’m telling her. My situation has not improved, appears to be getting worse in all these years that I have been a patient at Bostock Fam Med. No more!!
