I needed my annual physical and my regular doctor was not available for about 6 weeks. I was put in touch with Dawn and got an appointment in 3 days. She is great! I felt that she really cared and she was wonderful with explanations and information. Seriously think to make Dawn my primary care person.

Absolutely love Dawn! She cares and listens. I never feel rushed. Actually enjoy seeing my doc :) Also, I am very impressed with how quickly she responds to emails left on portal! Have no complaints whatsoever.

Words can't describe Dawn and the rest of the Heart & Family staff. I wish I started seeing them when I moved here. I'm not saying my primary doctor wasn't good, they are better. Since my primary retired, I'm definitely staying here at Heart & Family

I've been seeing Dawn for about 4 years. She listens to my concerns and addresses each of them and eases my mind. No question is ever silly to her. She is thorough but doesn't scare you when she seems concerned. She orders any tests needed but most of all she listens. I trust her opinion.

Since I have started seeing ARNP Chiarenza, I no longer dread going to the doctor. Her appointments run on time. She is a good listener and offers great advice but is very efficient with her time and yours, getting you in and out quickly. The entire staff at Heart and Family Health are wonderful.
