I’ve never had an experience with a medical professional who had such little bed-side manner. She was rude, demeaning, and condescending. I only go to the doctor when I absolutely need to, as my insurance is awful and a visit is quite costly. However, she made me feel as if I was trying to convince her I was ill. She spoke to me as if I was stupid and below her. She questioned my symptoms as if I was just making them up. She sent me home with no help, and I only got increasingly worse as the next day went on. I finally was able to see a physician who could treat me correctly. I understand her approach to treating patients, but the problem was her snobby attitude - it easily made me uncomfortable.

This person needs to learn how to deal with patients. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Had a condescending attitude while I talked to her, and gave my mother false information. The only reason she gets 2 stars is because I didn’t have to wait long to leave and take my mother to a real doctor.

Very pleasant and professional. Took time to explain everything and made sure I understood 100% before I left. Very patient! Would recommend to family and friends

Dawlat has an extremely cold and horrible attitude. Both appointments that I’ve had were extremely uncomfortable. A patient doesn’t pay you to be demeaning and speak down to them. Please work on your people skills and show compassion to your patients. I was misdiagnosed by her and spoken to like I was a crazy person when I told her that I felt very strongly that she was incorrect. I had to pay for another appointment with someone else just to be told I was correct from the beginning and finally prescribed medication. I will never ever attend another appointment with this person and I warn anyone against booking an appointment with her. It upsets me to even write this because I don’t like to write bad reviews but I feel so strongly that no one should have to endure what I’ve experienced.
