Waiting time for glasses too long
They wont answer the phone. Eave message and received no answer. I provided my own frame. The techician send it to have my glasses made. It is now the 5th week and I have not received my glasses. I went to the office couple of times with no tesults. I will not order glasses from here again.

Belittling
This doctor belittled me by raising his voice saying to me repeatedly, that I was being difficult. He could not figure out what prescription to give me and blamed his rudely behavior on my eyes. His explanation as to why he became so furious and agitated was unacceptable coming from someone who seems that it's time to retire. I was shocked as I did nothing wrong. During my exam, he told me to inform him of what objects I saw that were clear, in which I did without hesitation. During the exam, he began talking to me as if I was arguing with him. I never commented because I was in shock from his outburst. I became extremely uncomfortable and just wanted to leave. I will never recommend this doctor to anyone.
