He could not complete services in a timely fashion. He wanted 3 days to perform an IME examination. Very unorganized. Testing computer did not work half the time. Air conditioning in facility not working properly (95+ degrees outside.) Poor setup for testing. No normal desk arrangement for computer testing. Unresponsive to acute medical symptoms (severe shortness of breath) during testing. Seems unfamiliar with IME testing procedures.
