Company NOT cooperative
I was a patient of Dr. Sabine 5 years ago. I tried to get an appt with Dr. Sabine recently, and his receptionist said he saw ONLY Neuro-psych patients and to see him would take a referral from a Neurologist. ( Which we don't have where I live). SADLY, the Rose St Mental Health still shows him at Rose Street, accepting new patients.
