Horrible service & money grabbers. Wrong prescription, wrong type of lens & they blamed me. I was told by Gerry that I could not call my insurance company which was false & to remake the glasses because of their mistakes would cost me another $550 !!! no guarantee that the remake would be right !! & if not I pay. NO WAY go to Dr Chorin in Westerville, my 3 year old glasses are better that the new ones !!!!! I just wanted a spare pair for travel that could also be sunglasses. I had to file a complaint with my insurance company & with our credit card company. I will not step foot in that office again.Lost so much time which is to valuable to loose.

I have worn glasses since I was a little child. I have had various experiences with different doctors over the years. I can honestly say that he goes above and beyond to make sure we understand What is happening with our care and how it can be improved
