I received my annual email reminder w/a appt time. I confirm&show up for the appt & am told the dr left early after I just sat in traffic going across Westchester County for this appt. I showed the receptionist the email appt reminder I got from them & all she said is oh that’s the program. She did try calling elsewhere to see I can be taken but labeled me as a “walk in that needs to be taken right now” w/o explaining how they messed up. I did not appreciate that. Not even a discount was offered
