Dr. David Jones, PHD

Initial evaluation was fine. My husband was diagnosed with ADHD/Anxiety and Depression. Dr. Jones coordinated the treatment plan with the PCP. My husband then had to do a medical exam and drug test for work since he is a truck driver. Ran into all kinds of difficulties with the drug test and DOT medical exam. Threats were made about how his diagnosis and medication could eliminate him from trucking altogether, which would devastate our family financially. Went to the PCP and Dr. Jones for documentation that DOT was demanding. Long story short, Dr. Jones did a telehealth appointment with my husband and brought in the office manager. The two of them then ambushed my husband and berated him about "creating problems". Dr. Jones declined to help with any documentation. My mind is still boggled by the unprofessional behavior. You attack someone who's worried about their ability to work and support themself?? Then you charge for it? If you lack empathy maybe a job change is in order!
