Scheduling is easy,his availability open. He has no staff except his partner who runs the testing for him. No callback if you leave a vm, you have to book an appt. Just a song and dance of testing and generalize advise that would apply to anyone, then when he hits the max visits allowed by insurance, he declares you cured or refers to someone else in the same provider family.
