No real therapy, a time-waster for the traumatized
Multiple useless so-called therapy appointments. Never even addressed child's trauma, though informed. Mainly silent, fully useless throughout. Having sat in more than once, I would say that this so-called psychologist was far more engaged with the payments received than with the patient throughout.

He was an arrogant, dismissive, waste of time. He clearly had an air of 'I'm better than you, take it or leave it'. So I left it. So much time with him was wasted just reviewing what we'd already discussed while he flipped through pages of notes. I've found someone who actually listens and wants to explore what I want to explore. This guy is just judgmental and uncaring.

Dr. Haven is calm and understanding, he seeks to advise patients on their own journey, helping us to identify and comprehend the "what" which drives the "why". I appreciate his "on your side" approach and his ability to offer multiple perspectives on actions/events which may differ with my own perception, leading to a deeper understanding and uncovering of deeply held beliefs, fears, and hopes which I could not have otherwise identified and considered.
