I first saw Dr. Eskelin for smoking cessation. After the first visit I stopped smoking immediately, and only went back once more. That was 2.5 years ago. When I have quit on my own before I always felt like I was going to go back to it someday. After hypnosis I know that I will never smoke again. I returned for help with weight loss. I am currently following Weight Watchers and also seeing Dr. Eskelin every few months. I am down 70lbs so far!
