Horrible after being with Dr. Black over 10 years
I have been wDr. Black for well over a decade, everyone was very kind up until this past year. His recent staff are ABSOLUTELY THE WORST. #1: Scheduling: I attempted multiple times to get on the schedule after they sent me what must be close to 20 text messages to schedule my annual appt. #2: When I finally got in & scheduled, I showed up 5 minutes late due to an accident. The receptionist, a woman, was super rude and said she could not help me and that I should back to reschedule. #3: When I rescheduled, I showed up on time. 4 minutes prior to my appt, I was contacted saying my appt would be canceled if I did not show up. I showed there was an assistant who clearly noticed me walking into the office & immediately turned around & seemed extremely disgruntled & didn't hold the door open as I was 2 feet behind him; he walked around the counter & scolded me for not answering the call to confirm the appt. this review has a character limit, so I cant even finish the rest of the staff ruden
