Dr. Ficken is not a dr She is a NP . She is very rude and unprofessional . She doesn’t have the manners while discussing parent information to family members. My father is in the CCU. and she told me that it’s INAPPROPRIATE. to. Call my father on the phone to ask about him and if something happens to him. She will call me. Very rude unprofessional with no passion for patients and family members.
