She is very compassionate and personable. I was nervous because it was my first eye exam, she handled my anxiety like a champ and explained how everything would go very well :]

She needs to work on her interactions with people. She is rude and dismissive. She does not take the time to calmly describe things to her patients, but instead is condescending and nasty.
