Darls is the most amazing, caring, supportive, and helpful therapist I've ever had (and there's a list!)!! She listens, challenges when needed, provides kudos, support, and genuinely cares about her client's improvement and treatment. She introduced me to CBT tools I'd never come across before. She's able to link things together and allows you to make connections. If you want homework, ask for it! It's very helpful. I tried EMDR with her and it's made a HUGE difference in my mental health journey. She's very open and non-judgmental. I feel comfortable telling things I've previously kept from other therapists. 10/10 would recommend to everyone!!
